Voice will say power off in the middle of a phone call, very frustrating.

This headset was working great until the rubber piece on the ear bud came off in my ear. This happened a few times and I was always able to get it out myself. Unfortunately it happened for the last time and I was not able to get it out. It was so far in my ear that we couldn't see it. I had to go to an urgent care to have it removed as I was traveling for the weekend when it happened. Be careful when using this so that the rubber piece doesn't get stuck in your ear.

This is the worst Bluetooth headset. Not only is it difficult to set up but it's not noise canceling and hard to turn off.

I can leave my tablet at one end of the house and be at the other and it only cuts out if I leave the house and shut the door at the other end. Although I wouldn't recommend wearing it on the same side all of the time. I did that and it caused a sore behind my ear at the top.

Started off liking the size and comfort of the headset, but literally a month to the day of purchase, the piece that inserts in your ear broke off. Have no idea how. What a waste

Horrible headset. Not noise canceling. Turns off in the middle of using it when talking on the phone. Would not recommend. Would not buy again

I can go everywhere in my office and leave my phone at my desk and there is no disconnection. I get 4 business days of charge listening to podcast with both battery packs. Love it.

The volume is bad. Very low even with your phone on high
