Lock doesn’t function please advise
Hi received the items fast and in good condition but when opened, unable to move the lever to set a new code please advise .

Locker for safe storage.
The lever to set the locking number doesn't move to setting position.Hence not able to make use of the locker. My return window is closed. Also if the operating knob is on the side it can be properly accommodated.
