Ich bin mit dem Cretee 12 in 1 Faltbare Push-Up Liegestütz Brett sehr zufrieden. Durch die Erhöhung kann man deutlich tiefer nach unten gehen, was das Training intensiviert und die Muskeln besser beansprucht. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit konnte ich eine Leistungssteigerung feststellen. Das Board ist stabil, gut verarbeitet und bietet durch die 12 Einstellmöglichkeiten eine abwechslungsreiche Trainingsmöglichkeit. Durch die Zusammenklappfunktion lässt sich das Brett super verstauen!
