Perfect for middle school geometry
Son needed a protractor for geometry modules in middle school and this is much better with the swing arm then the "plain" protractors you may have had growing up. It allows you to draw and measure angles more precisely using the arm. Quality seems decent, should last for a while. And since it only comes in a 3 pack, maybe you can share with a classmate or start a set for the teacher!

Swing arm makes the difference in drawing degrees!
The SWING ARM is what makes it stand out as the student put the pencil lead in it and draw a straight line. If you’re leaning between one with a swing arm and without, it’s best to invest in something that will get the degrees correct. The size is versatile as it fits great in backpack pockets that students can carry to and from school. Quality is high due to the thick, sturdy plastic material. They even send a cute mustache sticker!

These are snazzy and a decent price. However, not for younger students. My first day having them available and after giving firm notice to treat correctly, one was broken (unfixable) and one pulled apart (fixable) within the first hour. Not the toughest tool.
