I have been using this brand for a year now. I am a Physical Therapsit, marathon runner, cyclist, and other outdoor enthusiast. This is hands down the best tape I have found, especially for the price (my second favorite is rock tape, but it is very pricy). FYI- this is very sticky. If you have sensitive skin, you may not like this because it can sting taking it off and it often leaves a residue you have to scrub off. However, I will gladly endure that because this stays on much longer and doesn’t fray as bad as other tape. Overall, it works much better than KT tape and other brands.I also swim and the tape works well in the pool, however it does not survive the hot tub for any length of time.Of course proper skin prep (make sure the area is clean, wiping with Alcohol works well, DRY, and shaved) is an absolute must. Don’t apply over skin if they have applied oil or lotion. I can’t stress enough that you are wasting your time and money if you don’t properly prep the skin. I constantly have kids at my sons’ school who are in the athletic department who want me to tape them after they have started a work out, and tape simply doesn’t stick if they are already sweaty, have dusty legs, or have very hairy legs (plus did I mention how this stings taking it off shaved legs… this will downright hurt if you put it on over hairy legs and it happens to stick….which is kind of comical watching grown men who insisted I tape them pull off the tape.This is a 2 pack and are precut strips.If you haven’t used therapy tape before you need to watch on-line videos over how to properly apply. You should watch several videos, because some have inaccurate information.This review is for the Black/Copper infused tape. I recently tried the tan and it does not stick as well.Good luck! Ive bought other tapes and this one works the best. I work in a kitchen, and have beginning stages of carpal tunnel, so I use it for that. The only part that lifts is the part on my palm due to movement. It eases my pain and gives support. It IS VERY hard to get off and will wax your skin if you don't remove it properly. But thats what makes it amazing since I'm moving around and sweating in humid temperatures.In all, this is my second time purchasing and I will continue to unless I find something better.

Tape sticks well and doesn't hurt when taking off. I use it for supporting my knees while bowling.

It’s my first time using this KT tape. Based on my first use it’s great. I had it on for 5 days. Great support. I’ve been using the original brand KT tape for about 2 years now and it’s good but I’ve noticed that some colors do not last as long as they should. Also for the last few months the durability wasn’t there. I’ve even tried the pro KT tape and it’s ok. The last 2 times I’ve used it, one side peeled off in one day. So I saw this brand and decided to try it. First time use and it’s great. Excellent support and stayed on for 5 days. It’s not peeling but I just took it off a few minutes ago so my knee could breathe. It’s really stuck on there so it’s a bit difficult to get off. I used some skin oil to get it off and that helped a lot. There is still glue on my skin after it came off so I used a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol to get off the excess glue. I’ll continue to use this KT tape going forward. Can’t beat the price too.

I’ve used this for over a month now, and it has helped me a lot. I’m 24 and working in construction, so when I started having severe pain in my lower back, I decided to give this a try.The tape looks exactly as in the pictures, black with a design on it. The size is medium. I have had no skin irritation while using it, however this will differ person by person.I wear it for three days then change it, and it has given me a lot of relief. You can shower with no problems, it sticks really well. Don’t however, stick it while stretching your muscles too tightly, as it will pull your skin when you move and trust me, NO FUN.This product does not replace medical visits if severe pain occurs, however it’s been pretty useful for me, so I’ll absolutely recommend trying it!

They work! The pre-cut lengths are very helpful. I don't know if it's the stretch or the copper, but they ease muscle soreness. I lift weight and work in construction and these things help a lot.You can actually shower in them, they don't loose stickiness after getting wet and hold for three days.
