Joe returns in a new CGI adventure that packs enough adventure to please longtime fans of the '80s animated series (on which this feature is based) and newcomers to the Joe universe. In Valor vs. Venom, the villainous Cobra Commander organizes worldwide abductions in order to fuel Cobra's latest global domination plot--an army of super-soldiers created from genetically altered humans and animals. When the Joe team's leader, General Hawk, is kipped, his second-in-command, Duke, rallies the troops to save their leader and stop Cobra's nefarious scheme. Despite the outlandish plot (even by G.I. Joe standards), Valor vs. Venom delivers what Joe's audience wants: lots of combat using a variety of high-tech weapons and gear and carried out by a cast of valiant heroes and hissable villains.
