two months later it broke due to a slight fall. I don't recommend it because things always fall at construction sites. My phone has fallen many times, and this device fell out of my hands once and broke.

Trimmed one house ( Base, Crown) with it so far and its dead nutz accurate. which is all you need to know, but its also very easy to use. You don't have to remember some far fetched sequence of buttons its just bam bam and you have the measurement your after. It lives up to the Hilti brand name for sure.
