Absolutely love this cup. I put lemons with seeds in. I put rosemary mint - it’s just so fab. Yes it’s a little delicate but I love it. Handle is a good size too. Thoroughly recommended.

Gave it as a gift to my mum who loves loose-leaf tea. Very practical and cute.

The product seems nice however the packaging it arrived in - the small box for the mug, and then in an outer brown envelope (not padded and not marked as fragile), is not sufficient to protect the glass mug. It arrived with the glass filter cracked and shards of glass which were already broken, probably in transit. It's a shame that the packaging was not protective enough. I returned the item and will not be ordering this product again due to the same issue potentially happening again.

Very pleased with the quality. My order came broken and I contacted the seller and immediately it was replaced. Quick to respond to messages. Overall am a happy customer and I will buy more product from the seller.

Very elegant mug, however the glass is incredibly thin and the infuser arrived into pieces despite fact it was very well packed. I use the mug at work and I have to say it got my colleagues attention is quiet elegant.

No leaks, no drips and perfectly designed so you can sit the strainer in the cap while you drink. It’s gorgeous!
