Very handy and good device. I am using to record acoustic guitar. The budget is just right compared to reputed brands. Single channel also makes sense for my use case. The background noise is very much on check. Not much of settings etc, just the required. For iPhone with lighting connection one will required SC7 cable and lighting to 3.5mm cable. For mobile content creation it’s the best single channel wireless no BS mic. No cables no setup time. Connect and record. The small screen shows battery levels and mic level. Enough to see the cut off levels.

RODE not buy on Amazon ......?
I was perched on Rode Wireless Go II in 30 Sep 2025 and got an unsparing issue from that time. It worked fine and was time irritating. It is unpair during the video recording and some video sound problem due to unpair issue. So, I am checking online on your website and after completing diagnostics getting Button Text Error like 1. Buttons are not responding, 2. Left Navigation Not Responding, 3. Right Navigation Not Responding so contacted you, because RODE told that “our warranty only covers devices purchased from an Authorized Dealer, I would recommend seeking a refund/replacement with the seller directly.” it is a hardware issue and needs to repair/ return the product but the anazoan have not to responded.

Rode go 2 is a very good product and so far i am happy and no complaints.
I am very satisfied with Rode go 2. The packing was perfect and reached me in good condition. I used a youtube video to understand its installation and use, and within 10mins i was good to go. The pouch whuch comes with the product is just eniugh for the transmitter and receiver. I wish they had given a bigger pouch or additional pouch for the cables.

Audio pro compact et ultra pratique !
Le Wireless GO II en version single répond aux exigences professionnelles : très bonne qualité sonore, connexion ultra stable, et la portée est top. Design léger, clip facile à fixer – idéal pour les interviews, podcasts ou vidéos solo. La batterie tient bien, et l’enregistrement onboard est un vrai plus. Un investissement malin pour un son pro !

Battery won't charge out of the box — here's what to do
Like many, I was unable to charge / turn on the rode mic. After some frustration and research, learned this is a common issue with setup, but it's very easy to fix. Here's what you have to do: 1 - On your laptop, download and install: Rode Central — it's available on the Rode website 2 - Run the software, and plug your rode gear into your laptop (USB C to USB A). 3 - I'll the top left of window, click settings, and then "Factory Reset" 4 - Follow the instructions to factory reset both pieces (trasmitter and receiver). Voila, the factory reset has brought the firmware is up to date. You will now be able to charge and turn on your Rode devices. Hope this helps.
