So far so good had it a year and no issues. Definitely worth the money. I was worried about buying from here but all has been ok

The phone looks like new and is great quality for the price range. My only issue is the camera - it is hard to take a picture which is in focus. I’m beginning to think that there may be an issue with the software. Apart from that, the phone is brilliant!!

I ordered an apple I phone 13 pro max 256g.It was a Christmas present for my daughter so opened it on Christmas day. The face id never worked and we had to do a hard reset 3 times in a week. Sent it back but only offered a new phone. Had to pay for postage.2nd phone exactly the same. Now demanding a refund and had the phone tested by a third party-faulty. Will go through small claims court if required. Customer service is also very poor, no help or feedback and wait weeks for any response.

I was a bit apprehensive buying a refurbished phone online. I have never done this before. I had read lots of reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered mine.I was absolutely delight When I opened the package and saw my phone. It is perfect! Not a single scratch on it, charges to 100%, it’s as good as a brand new one. In fact, I have to remind myself that this is technically a second hand phone. I won’t ever go back to contract phones. The price was good and it’s saved me so much money in the long term. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I bought the phone in the excellent condition option. However, there was a scratch on the screen near the top that's pretty visible. Other than that, everything is better than what I expected. The battery life was disappointing at 87% but it's still above the 80% regulation by Amazon. The delivery came earlier than expected which was a good thing. I have had the phone for a week now and it's working perfectly. I only charge it once a day as it retains power. I would definitely recommend.

Really good quality, I'm actually surprised by it, battery health was at 100% and the phone looks brand new!Just sad to not have the original box but all good!

I bought this phone about six months ago, but now it doesn’t have an antenna. When I took it to a repair shop, they checked it and told me the phone is blocked. I need my money back, or the seller should explain why it was scam? which kind of website is this
