I like it so far
The pill are capsules and not too big to swallow (like an Omega-3 capsule). You do have to take 3 pills at once with 8 oz of water, so I need to be prepared to have enough drink on hand. I don't see a difference in anything, but nothing bad either. I haven't been on them long, so maybe it is a long term effect. There is no after taste from the capsules either. I recommend this product. I'm taking it to aid my hair and fingernails.

They are a little hard to swallow.
I've been taking them for a week now and I can tell the difference in my hair and nails. My hair was thinning and now it's getting full again. My nails are now thick and they don't break as easily.
