I didn’t really expect this to work. I lost my sense of smell years ago and food had little taste other than sweet salt bitter and sour. I have had odd, shifting ability to smell as a result of the long term effects of an illness that shall not be named. I wondered how 4 smells could rejuvenate my smell ? I suppose the idea is that they hit different areas of smell perception that affect your ability to smell other smells. not sure what the science behind this is. I first tried these when the illness mostly knocked out my smell and it didnt seem to help. But then months later when my smell mostly returned but was wonky, I tried this again and it really helped straighten out my sense of smell.It could be that you need to retrain your brain. I recommend this product.

I have hyposmia following Covid and these have been very helpful as a way to gauge my progress. Some days the smells are clearer than others. After several weeks they are maintaining their smell (I do miss some days of opening them for use). I would describe the smells as pretty close to what they are named. In my case, the hyposmia has been improving thanks be to God. I know everyone is different and it can take a long time (many months) so good luck if you are on a similar path!
