Q: What comes in the package?

Two tires, zip ties used to hold the tires at the start of the assembly process ad two metal bars use to stretch the tires onto the rim. There is a youtube video that shows how this is done

Q: Will this fit over a solid wheel same size?

Our wheel chair has a solid metal rim that holds the tire. The tire is stretched over this rim with the tool included. As suggested we soaked the tire in hot water for a few minutes to give it more flex going on the rim. Worked perfectly on first install attempt ever.

Q: What is the best way to remove the old non pneumatic tire?

Important Reminder: Please measure the rim diameter (not including the tire) before removing the old tire. This 24x13/8 model tire is only suitable for wheel rims with a diameter of 21.3 to 22.1 inches. Please be sure to measure in advance. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. The old tire can be leveraged out using flathead screwdrivers or tire levers. If the old tire is stuck to the wheel rim due to aging, it may be necessary to cut the tire with a knife and then use a flathead screwdriver to clean up the remaining tire debris.
