Q: can I fletch 5in traditional feathers on wood shafts?

Yes you can. You have to set up the jig differently for feathers, but it can be done. The jig is long enough for a 5 inch feather. It can do a 3 or 4 setup. Feathers (5-7 minutes) also take longer to dry than vanes (3-5 minutes).

Q: Can this Bohning Pro Jig straight clamp be set to offset the vanes?

Yes it can. You can shift the magnet on the jig right or left. There are tick marks indicating 2 degrees in each direction.

Q: Can I use this for four fletch arrows?

yes it will dp either 3 at 120 degrees or 4 at 90 degees.

Q: Can you fletch arrows with nocks inserted?

Yes, in fact, the arrows have to have knocks inserted.
