For my business, I use the Grasshopper app on the computer to manage calls. Does this phone work to make & receive calls thru the app?

Our Customer Service Team have tried to download the Grasshopper app for testing, however Grasshopper free trial seems not available in our region. Hence, we are not able to test USB-429 with the assigned app for you.  Is it possible for you to buy from our shop and test to see if the handset works with Grasshopper app?  You can return the product within 30 days from the day you receive it. It is completely free of charge for returning the products.

Question 2

For incoming skype call, does this handset show any notification?  like ringing, led blinking, and such?

Dear Customer,

Please note that the handset itself does not have a indicator light or notification for incoming skype calls. However, you will be able to hear the skype  ringtone coming out of the handset if you follow the set up instructions below:
1. Adjust handset volume to as loud as you can ( This can be done through the built-in volume control wheel on one side of the handset)
2. Set up the speaker and microphone volume volume from Skype:
    Here is how:  1) Click Tools > Options  2) Select Audio Settings on the Options Window.   3) Select the devices from the Speakers and Microphone drop-down 
                            lists.  Adjust both microphone and speaker to its maximum volume.   4) Click Save.

Question 3

This mic have a noise cancellation? How is the sound for both sides?

This product comes with high quality omni-directional microphone. It will not eliminate back ground sound. Please note that this handset is not recommended to use in a very noisy environment. Regarding to the sound quality, it is crystal clear and volume is loud enough for both sides. An ideal soft-phone communication device for use in an  open office area or private work space.

Does anyone know if this works with Webex?
