Product is good but handling and packaging was worst
The product itself is very good. We use it every summer. It stays the whole day and keeps away prickly heat. That's why I am giving it 4 stars. But the packaging and handling is where I am disappointed. One of the powders was open and the powder spilled everywhere. The seal was broken. And it was not packed in a box, instead it was wrapped simply in a plastic wrapping. I bought these for my parents and they were very heartbroken.

Not cold at all , funky smell
I’ve used deemicool before but this one is literally feels like some wasted powder, the smell is weird, powder isn’t even feel cold, complete waste of money
