What are the benefits of using a neck stretching exerciser?

It creates traction on the vertebrae which reduces the pressure between. I use this the help keep mobility in my neck if I get a kink or when I have a headache.

I have forward head posture. Has this corrected forward head posture? Does this work for me?

If you mean the curve of you neck is not proper then yes this will help.

should I buy the 20 or 30 pound one? I'm 5'06 150lbs

We purchased the 30lb mainly for my husband but I use it all the time too without issue. It just has a little more tension when pulled.
