broken. Glass all over. Cut myself. What are you going to do about this mess?

I recieved this today 2/19/21 and the bottom of jar was broken and honey was every where. The package on the outside did NOT have a label that read FRAGILE so it would be handled better. What do I about getting a new jar not broken dellivered to me>

I have bought several jars at Costco but they are impossible to open. Any suggestions? Tempted to crack the jar.

Bought mine at Costco also. When jars are hard to open for the first time, I use a pot holder (to protect my hand) on the bottom of the jar and hit it a couple of times......this usually breaks the suction and readily opens..........good luck
