This book?? Had me blushing, squealing, and literally kicking my feet like a teenager in love. Some of the lines hit so deep, I had to pause and just breathe. I was holding back tears because the love in those words? Too raw. Too beautiful. Too much for my fragile little heart.

Well I've always liked contract marriages turning into forever but this book is special. The characters r not typical like they r not perfect. They come with their own set of imperfections n how they overcome those n stay together is absolutely lovely. I don't wanna spoil much but it's safe to say that some lines will stay with u like they r gonna stay with me . I've already completed reading the entire series n i have to say I liked Declan n Iris's story the best . Hope the romantic in u stirs up after reading the book . Happy reading people

As a reader I really want that my books come. To me in good condition honestly i was a little worried that it's quality would not be good since its online but the quality is AMAZING. It looks really original and printing is also very good.

The book is good and i like it ofc but the pages of the book were really light that i could see the next two pages through it.. I cant use any highlighters or any pens because page is verry light weighted

The book is about the second Kane brother, Declan, who, according to his grandfather's will, has to marry and have kids in order to become the next CEO of Dreamland. The engagement is arranged with a girl but apparently she quits all of a sudden leaving our heroine, Iris, to enter the story and marry Declan. This book is primarily grumpy x sunshine type where Iris is the sunshine, optimistic and loves her life despite her childhood and present conditions. Declan is the grumpy type where he doesn't care about anyone's emotions, does his work like a machine, short-tempered type. It's a fake marriage and finally turns into a real one. The story line seems casual, nothing new but the progress in the story, the flaws in the main characters, the dialogues.... It was absolutely amazing, and mostly, very original. It doesn't feel like I'm reading a book but actually reading a real story like it happened in someone's life. The gradual change in Declan's character is slow but noticeable and that's great! He was the most flawed character in the book but he stole my heart. The ending of the book is also a good asset. Only the over romance at times was not my cup of tea and I had to skip few pages. Nevertheless, the book is a total fresh read, way better than the other books which I read in the fake romance genre. Do give this book a try, it'll stir a lot of emotions in your heart.

When his latest fiancee does a runner he is left at the engagement announcement party standing on his own. Jump in Iris his ever faithful, unfaltering assistant of three years. Only does she know what she is signing up for by suggesting to marry Declan for him to achieve his CEO dream and to have a child with him. There will be rules, terms and conditions attached to the arrangement. Can Iris live in a loveless relationship or do their feelings come to the fore? This book swept me away literally. I couldn't put it down. Asher writes beautifully, with humour and her characters are undeniably perfect. What I loved about this book: 1. Strong, fund, loyal MC Iris 2. Sexy, hot billionare Declan a mr Grumpy through and through 3. The writing style 4. The pace slow burn 5. An epilogue + an extended epilogue. I love epis at the end of a book it adds to the story. 6. A truly romantic yet humour filled romance that you simply fall in love with What I didn't like about this book: Nothing. I will be going out to buy the whole series. I absolutely fell in love with this one and Asher's style of writing. Highly recommend this book if you're looking for slow-burn romance, laughs, steamy scenes and a billionaire who is nothing but Grumpy. Kerry Kennedy Author

Received this torn and defected. So disappointed.

“There is nothing I want more than to turn a house into a home with you.” I knew after reading the very first chapter that this was going to be a five-star read for me and it DEFINITELY was. Don't get me wrong, I loved The Fine Print but the writing, the storytelling AND the character development in Terms and Conditions was on another level. In fact, some of the best I have ever read.
