This shirt is perfect for the gym and my job. I get hot easy so , it helps that this is thin.I ordered an extra large when i usually order large. It fits perfectly.

Light weight and comfortable for working out. The material is not very stretchy though. Just mentioning in case anyone is curious.

My adult son lifts weights daily so, I thought he would like this shirt and he LOVED it! He wears it all the time. It makes a perfect gift for someone who lifts weights and wants to show off their muscles.
