Ahmad Tea Earl Grey Aromatic Loose Tea, Ceylon Caddy, 17.6 Oz

So far, this tea brand has been the best quality in terms of flavor and aroma. The tea leaves were good quality in appearance alone; no signs of damaged/old looking leaves, no signs of mold, no foreign materials, no noticeable stick or twig pieces, no huge chunks, no clumps, nothing like that. The tea is fragrant and flavorful, it isn't bitter or stale tasting/smelling in the least. It's easy to brew and it comes in such a nice, large container. The little baggy it comes in inside the tin is like a little foil bag. It's like a hug in a mug. :) Good quality stuff, definitely worth at least trying, especially for the price. I bought two of these large tins and we're already out of one.

I am quite the tea connoisseur and in all honesty this brand is one of the smoothest and best tasting teas I have purchased in a long time. The flavor is subtle, not too strong & not too faint. The price was very fair for such a high quality loose tea. I highly recommend ALL their different teas as I have purchased many different kinds & I have the same opinion on them all. I sound like I own or work for the company (which I do NOT) but I tend to be critical on tea, so when I found this particular brand and was so pleased I had to let people know my genuine opinion on it.

This is the best black tea I've ever had. It has a very pleasant, subtle Bergamot aftertaste. Perfect alone or with cookies and/or biscotti.

This is one of the best Earl Grey teas I’ve tried. It has a rich, aromatic flavor and a beautiful color when brewed. The quality of the tea leaves is excellent perfect for making traditional chai or a strong cup of black tea. Highly recommended for Earl Grey lovers!

I was quite surprised when my package arrived, because I wasn’t prepared for just how big the container was! This has a LOT of tea! Good thing I love Earl Grey. The tin is lovely, and the tea inside is sealed in a Mylar bag. As soon as I opened it, the delicious fragrance made my toes curl. The tin says “aromatic” and it certainly delivers. As for the tea, if you steep it for the full five minutes, it’s extremely bitter. Try brewing it with slightly cooler water for a shorter amount of time. The bitterness can be mitigated somewhat by adding a tiny pinch of salt and/or some half and half. Bitterness aside, the tea is really good. 5 out of 5 stars, it’s about the best deal I’ve seen.

Earl grey is my favorite version of black tea, and I have tried many different brands. This is good quality, strong loose leaf tea with an enjoyable flavor, at a good price point. I like that it is fresh and well-packed to retain its freshness, and it packs a good amount of caffeine. You only need a small amount for a strong cup. The tea tastes like tea and not like it has been sitting on a shelf somewhere getting stale. The only thing I would change in this product is the amount of bergamot. To my taste, the bergamot is a bit too strong, so when I would normally have two cups of earl grey, I only have one and then have a different one so as not to feel overwhelmed by the bergamot aroma. I would have to barely steep it if I wanted it lighter, but at that point there would not be as much black tea in my drink as I like. If you only want a hint of bergamot in your tea, this is not it. But if you are looking for strong bergamot or maybe have some plain black tea to mix it with, this is good. Again, it is high quality and I like it, just not the ideal ratio for me. I will finish the pack and then move on to a different brand, but I would order this again because of the good quality.

Strongest Earl Grey I’ve found so far, suits my taste and the price is reasonable.

I was excited to try a new brand of tea especially as it had a high rating but after making a cup I immediately noticed the taste was enhanced with fake flavouring It felt almost like a soda taste after looking at the tin ingredients, yep there were flavouring added! what it is who knows so I emailed Ahmed and got this response. "Our tea does not contain real bergamot oil" What the heck! how is it rated so high then? I would NOT have purchased this if I knew they used chemicals to boost the flavour Their email "Many thanks for your e-mail and for your interest in our products, we hope this message finds you well. Further to your query, we can advise that the Bergamot flavouring used in our Earl Grey tea does not contain real Bergamot oil. In our flavoured teas the taste and aroma is enhanced by the blend of tea we use. The base blend has to be just right to allow for the flavouring to come through. The flavouring used by us is unique to Ahmad Tea. The flavouring composition may either be natural or artificial – and in relation to these we comply with EU/USA and international standards. We source natural ingredients wherever possible. However, some natural ingredients simply fail to provide a strong enough flavour except in large doses which can also end up overpowering the actual tea blend. We aim to achieve a perfect marriage between tea and additional flavours. We are unfortunately unable to share all the specific ingredients for the flavourings as this is confidential information. Una belleza de té, nada parecido al que se encuentra en super mercados. Comenzando por la presentación, en una lata altamente estética y que permite al producto, junto con la bolsa metalizada que lo contiene, conservar los aceites esenciales responsables de su sabor y aroma. Y bueno, por si fuera poco, la mejor opción en relación calidad / precio, si se considera el costo por gramo. Una compra que vale mucho la pena.

Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è il prodotto in sè. Un the aromatico davvero buono. Una meraviglia per una pausa pomeridiana in cui si voglia gustare una bevanda con un suo perchè, senza che ti venga la voglia di abbinarci per forza un biscotto o uno snack che ti aggiunga sapore. Il the in sè ha un aroma importante e per me buonissimo. Ci sono volute almeno due settimane per riceverlo, ma arrivando dagli US direi che è accettabile, specialmente perchè sei avvisato già al momento dell'ordine della data potenziale di consegna. Il pacco è arrivato comunque in perfette condizioni, anzi, con una quantità di materiale spesa per il packaging davvero impressionante e che ha garantito le perfette condizioni del prodotto in sè. Intanto ho già fatto il terzo ordine.

El té es exactamente el mismo que estaba buscando desde hace años y lo compré aquí con descuento. Viene en una lata muy bonita y que mantiene el aroma y frescura del té. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
