Worked very well for its stated purpose. Super easy to get flowing and easy to clean when done. I also added a hose shut off clamp allowing me to shut off the flow without having to pull out the unit. Great for bottling or general material transfer. FYI - the flow is a bit slow if you have many gallons to move.

I brew my own kombucha every two weeks (three years and counting). My original siphon seemed to be wearing out, so I ordered this one to replace it. I wish I had replaced it a LONG time ago; this works perfect and the inner tube has a great, snug fit inside the outer tube that prevents leakage between the two tubes. I am VERY happy with this purchase. As a note, I use wide mouth gallon jars. The clip appears to be made for the gallon jars that have a narrow neck and it does not work on my jars for kombucha. Despite this, I am EXTREMELY happy with this siphon and would absolutely recommend this product to anyone.

This siphon works really well although I wish there was a size between this really long one and the really short one. I use a 3 gallon carboy and the short one is too short and the long one is too long, but I dealt with it.

Great tool, racking used to be such a sticky mess! Doesn't work as well for 1 Gal...its too tall to reach the bottom inch, but is awesome for bigger barboys.

Purchased this for my homebrewing needs. It works well and is very easy to learn to use. Overall this product works great and provided me a cleaner and simpler way to bottle my homebrew than just a siphon tubing or racking cane alone. The only thing that was a little surprising was how long it doesn't affect the outcome so don't be disappointed until you give it a try. This was a good buy.

Purchasing an auto-siphon used to be a no-brainer, but in the past few years I've encountered some real duds, even from reputable stores like NB. This is the only auto-siphon I purchased (a 3rd try) that felt like the good old ones I used to pick up from my local brew store without a second thought. It's weird to need brand loyalty for something as simple as an auto-siphon, but here we are.

I've been brewing for 12 years and opened this for the first time and racked a room temperature mead to find it pressure cracked on the bottom third. Before this I had the same racking cane from northern brewery for several years. Disappointed.
