So I originally posted a not-so-great review however since then I was sent a replacement Bluetooth. I think I may have just gotten a defective one the replacement has now lasted well over a year and is still working great holding great charge it is absolutely the most comfortable Bluetooth my husband and I have ever owned. I wear glasses the majority of the time so many Bluetooth can get painful to wear with my glasses but this one sits perfectly and very comfortably. Very pleased with this Bluetooth exclamation point

I got this earpiece because it is advertised as waterproof/sweat proof. everything worked fine for the first couple weeks then the earpiece start to randomly get static on it even when not listening to music/on the phone. after a few days of that the battery stopped charging.(not a big deal since it comes with two, one for each ear.) that worked fine for a few weeks and the static came back. after a week of static, the earpiece itself went out. only way to continue using was to plug in the extern headphone piece. i contacted the company and they agreed to send me a new earpiece at no charge to me which was great.... except that the company is based out of china and it took almost a month to receive the new earpiece. that was a week ago. so now i am on my second battery, and second earpiece and guess what? the static is back. would not recommend this earpiece to anyway.

Many states are thankfully passing laws against hand held devices when you are driving which quite frankly makes me very happy. For my state now it means the demand for such headsets has gone up because while my state has yet to pass this law the two states that are mere minutes from me has and that has created a need for me to have one as well. I love this headset because not only can I carry on a conversation if someone calls me but I have total hands free dialing. I have an app on my phone that is a voice command app so I can say CALL HOME and the headset will automatically attempt the call making it truly hands free. I had no problem pairing it to my android phone and for fun we paired it to an iphone with siri installed as well to see how that would work too and it did exactly as if you were using your handheld. The headset is waterproof and only takes 2 or 3 hours to charge so I pop it on my charging hub when I get home. During use you have over 200 hours of stand by time and 6 hours of continuous talk time making it one of the longer lasting headsets I have researched. Great headset with a price I liked and I would recommend this to others in my family looking for their headset too.

I've owned many earwigs and this one is the worst. It kept disconnecting during important phone calls stating "out of range" even though my phone was IN MY HAND. And according to those I was talking to, they could still hear background noise, so, that didn't work either. Most frustrating one I've ever owned!

I have tried numerous Bluetooth earpieces & they all fall short, uncomfortable after an hour of wear time, hardly any range from phone, sounding poor to the other party and/or lasting only a short couple of months at best., This is, so far, a pleasant exception. It syncs right up, holds a charge for days, is very comfortable on either ear, surprising connectivity distance & telling me when I move in & out of same, and the other party does not even know I'm using an earpiece.

This product is okay. It doesn't hold the connection to my IPhone. I have to keep hitting the re-connection button in the middle of a call to re-connect the Bluetooth to the phone. Annoying.

Giving 2 stars just because it very comfortable and don't hurt if you have it all day. But constantly disconnecting on the middle of conversation. Very not user friendly, two buttons does not do the job right. I do not recommend to buy it. Try something different.

I like this headset more than any I've tried. The audio is crystal clear. The volume can me adjusted within a wide range. It looks bulky but is light weight and very comfortable. Historically, it has been almost impossible to find buds that fit my small exterior ear canal but this baby nailed it. The product comes with 4 different size gel buds and 2 batteries so that the unit can be worn on the right or the left hear. Don't let the modest price fool you. This is what I call a lot of bang for the bucks.
