The buttons on many Mercedes models (mine is a 2010 C300 (W204)) get ruined very easily. OEM buttons are covered by a thin black film that after a few years of use begin to peel off. So, I bought these along with the power window buttons and the power lock buttons to replace the original ones. They are very easy to replace and look wonderful. In fact they are better than the originals because they will be much less likely to get worn out. Installing them cannot be any easier. Use a small flat screwdriver (which is included!) to pry off the old buttons, press in the new ones and voila, you instantly get a brand new look! Do take time to study the buttons and figure out how they snap into place. Be gentle also prying off the old ones as you can ruin the surface or much worse the hardware underneath. Taking my time and going very slow, it took me less than 30 minutes to get them all in place. The complain is how expensive these buggers are for little pieces of plastic. All the buttons (2 for the power locks, 4 for the power windows, 10 for the AC controls, and 1 for the sunroof (this one actually broke off) cost me almost $100! That's stiff! But, they are good quality and I expect them to last another 100,000 miles. So, that's that...

It is definitely compatible but it also looks thicker than the original so if you plan on replacing one button, it will stand out so it’s better to replace all of them. It works perfectly at night too! ML350 2013.

Great product, super easy to replace using a very fine flat head screwdriver to pop off old button. Works perfect. Only issue is, my other buttons are faded, so now I want to replace all of them, lol

I bought these with little expectation. But they are identical In quality and appearance to the pieces in my Mercedes. It doesn’t come with instructions so I had to figure out on my own how to replace them. I took my tweezers and gently pushed on the top edge of each piece in my car to pop out the existing button. Then easily clicked into place the new piece. I did have a little bit of trouble with the round buttons on each side. For this, I used a box cutter gently piercing the top edge to make room for my tweezer, and when that didn’t work, I used a micro flathead to push it. At times I needed both hands but all in all it was a painless experience and my car looks great. Awesome product. Awesome price!

The quality is top notch and installation was fairly quick and easy, though a little less so than the video shows. One button has notably worse feel than the rest, although this could easily be the panel itself (or slight wear incurred by original button removal) and not the button fitment.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: because of the good reviews that i read about them. They have also a really good quality, in terms of materials and design. The installation is pretty simple.

I purchased these for my wife’s vehicle. The picture looks exactly like her buttons. When I received them, they are good quality and fit, but buttons were not as pictured. Buttons mailed out were not the buttons on picture. Off button was on top instead of bottom. No max A/C button, received mono button instead. These would be great if seller would get buttons correct. Until then. Do not buy.
