Good product, worst installation in Bangalore. 4 - 5 hours wasted to install the door lock
Product deserves every praise there is for door locks but the installation in 2023 was THE WORST ever by any handyman. For the life of him, he couldn't align the locks for more than 4 hours.

Product is good quality, well-designed, beautiful, with guideline for standardised installation. Privacy lock provides additional feature. Note: this lock does not cause accidental lockout.

Perfect for my door. Reliable and keys are long enough. Same as per described. The only thing is no call received from brand for installation, I have to called in given number and fixed the installation.
