I have a Dodge Ram 1500- Standard bed. This was way too small. Not only was it not long enough, it was about 4 inches too narrow for the bed. The corners that are supposed to fit on the front of the bed will not fit. This may be fine for a smaller width bed truck (Like a Dodge Dakota), but I am sending it back.

This truck tent was made for my 2015 Chevy Colorado short bed. It fits perfect and all the straps are adjustable to fit where you want them to connect under the body of your vehicle. My husband and I put it up for the first time as a test run! Haven't weather tested yet!

Ok. Heres the skinny. This is a great little tent and we got several curious stares and inquiries about it at the campsite.We have a 2017 Ford F150 and like to travel so we purchased it with the intent tondo some stealth or back road camping. The tent itself is perfect size for 2 people, material is lightweight and actually rolls back to size and fits in the bags. The instructions were very clear too. Fairly easy to assemble but takes 2 people. I recommend assembly at least once prior to actually using. ( we ended up late to the campsite the first night and it was nearing dark so was great to already know how to put it up). Took us 10-15 mins tops. We could do it now in probably 5 mins.Really the only negative thing is that it doesnt fit the bed of the truck width wise perfectly. Its about an inch or 2 too narrow. But still with the securement straps it was good. If it rained however I worry that water could get down in the bed and then wed have a wet tent floor.

I finally had the opportunity to use my this past weekend. As for durability of tent I give below 1. I am an avid camper I have put many tents together, I have NEVER had poles that broke while putting a tent up. I am extremely disappointed in this product.

When received it was obviously lacking in quality.Very difficult to install, I was never able to figure out the extension, so I just tied them to stakes directly in the ground.Started ripping in a few hours after first use.

The tent does don’t work with 6.5 ft bed it only works with 5ft beds.

So this tent was not what it said, set it up just like the instructions said put the tent on the truck. Strapped down one side when we went to the other side to strap it down it ripped can not say if it was already ripped but by that time hubby and I were so frustrated ( mad ) that it would not strap down in the other side it went straight to the trash.. I spent $150 bucks down the drain. They only good thing that can out of this is because I like camping I took a regular tent which helped out by putting a cover over my head

If I had read the reviews, my mistake before purchasing I would NOT have purchased ...The instructions suck...the ones we received were not even for our tent...terrible product.

We were very careful with our purchase of a truck tent making sure we had the measurements correct. So we went with this one. It was long enough for the truck bed as advertised but it wasn't wide enough and the straps were not long enough. It ended up raining and because it didn't fit correct the water went I to the truck bed and our children's things got wet and they ended up sleeping in the cottage.

Well, we were very excited to use this tent! Unfortunately after second use the low quality poles started to break under the pressure! The pole holding the door arch has snapped 16 different times! Unacceptable! Our 3rd use i had to take down the tent another 8 times, to cut and fix fractured poles!! Not super excited that we did not get our moneys worth! Would not recommend this tent for multiple use! Now that returns are not accepted, i will have to have custom poles made to use the tent again. I am not a happy camper!!

Fits on my steel tray. Worth measuring your ute tray to see if it will work, especially if your model isn't listed, or you drive something non-standarised like me. Survived a pretty stormy night and stayed dry. More comfortable than a ground based tent.

This tent was fairly easy to assemble although the instructions could have been clearer. Calling it “water proof” was a bit of an over-sell. Also, not a great fit on my 2008 f-150. It will do in a pinch but not really as good as advertised. Placing items in the storage pouches guarantees leaks through the seams when it rains. That said, it was roomy enough for 2 adults.

2 straps ripped away from the tent when I was securing it to the truck. Not reinforced very well. I will have to try and get a replacement from the company.
