Good flavor
These taste pretty good and they will fill your belly. I'm a machinist and am on my feet, in the heat all day. I have a double protein shake for breakfast and lunch. Some days I dont even need it for lunch. It has not fouled up my internal plumbing, if you catch my drift. One suggestion. Prepare your shakes the night before and put them in the fridge. They dissolve better and will not have a chalky texture and you wont have a the miscellaneous lumps you get at times with these types of powders.

Great Replacement to offset Soaring Price Increase of Extend.
When Extend more than doubled their price, my husband sought an alternative low glycemic corn meal, protein shake. We miss the individual packets of Extend. Personally I prefer the tast of Extend. My husband likes the price and taste. He uses more regularly as protein before morning workout and evening as desert replacement. We mix with almond milk, personally I prefer some ice also and blend in Magic Bullet.

Threw it out.
Flavor was horrible. I know. It's a protein powder. But it can't help if you can't choke it down. It left powdery, artificial sweetner taste well after drinking.

My dad is diabetic and we were looking for a meal replacement for the mornings before he goes to work. It smells REALLY sweet and he says it is REALLY sweet, but the sugar content is pretty low, says it's good for diabetics, and he has had a spike so beware when you get this. After he finishes this, he wants to look for a different less sweet tasting one.
