This thing is a godsend! My husband got his first when he got his industrial so I got one for myself when it came time to get my double helix and it works great! Large enough that it doesn't feel awkward to lay on, soft enough to be comfy, firm and thick enough to not flatten your ear into the pillow and the hole is large enough even for our big ears. If you're planning on getting piercings on both sides it MIGHT be better to get the version of this pillow with 2 holes so you don't have to adjust as much, but hubby got a triple helix a few months after his industrial on the opposite ear and it still works wonderfully. He can lay on either ear without pain! I also love that they give you the foam piece to fill in the hole once you're done using it as a piercing pillow. I think these will be great to use on road trips

I bought this pillow before I got my third lobe piercings and cartilage pierced on both ears. The hole in this pillow is the perfect size to fit your ear while side-sleeping, making it easy to sleep, and taking the pressure off of my piercings. This made healing much easier and much less painful. This pillow is decently firm, but almost memory-foam like in its texture. The outer case is removable and machine washable (gentle cycle). The case is very easy to put back on. Overall this is an excellent pillow, Im still continuing to use it even after my piercings have fully healed. 10/10 would highly recommend!

This pillow looked like it was going to be a game changer. The memory foam material and cover are so comfortable. The ear hole design is a game changer for sure!! Unfortunately the pillow was way too tall for me to comfortably sleep on while side sleeping. My neck hurt a lot trying to lift my head high enough to reach the ear hole. Very disappointing to get such an awesome pillow and find out it’s not the right fit for me. I will be ordering the larger lower profile pillow though because this ear hole is amazing for side sleepers with new piercings. It is still a quality product just not the right fit for me.

I found this pillow to be extremely comfortable for sleeping. It was great to accommodate healing ear piercings and to prevent ear pain while sleeping, in general. Unfortunately, the cover developed a lot of holes after washing with the delicates. I have had the pillow for less than 2 years and the memory foam is split. It’s still usable, but I have to readjust the loose piece in the middle of the night to prevent it from squishing into my ear. I wish the foam inside lasted longer.

I bought this pillow to help with ear pain, and it’s been a great improvement. It’s supportive but still soft, and even when my ear slips out of the hole, it doesn’t hurt like other pillows I’ve tried. I’ve had sensitivity in my ear cartilage, and this pillow has helped me sleep much more comfortably. It also comes with a washable cover, which is a nice bonus. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone dealing with ear discomfort while sleeping.

Let me just start by saying this pillow is fantastic! This is a game changer for sure with people who have multiple piercings and sleep on sides. I toss and turn in my sleep and for the life of me cannot sleep on my back during the healing period. This pillow has allowed me to maintain good sleep through the night and not irritate my healing piercings. The pillow comes with a cover that allows for frequent washing (a must during the several month healing period) and is easy to get on and off. The only drawback is the length of this pillow. It is not well suited for larger individuals such as myself with a cantelope head. For smaller heads and women it is perfect size! For the larger bros, Blissburry makes a larger regular sized pillow with two holes. All in all it’s a great product and worth the money. My last point is the ear hole itself. The pillowcase and the pillow are designed to make the hole a deep pocket, meaning that there’s no empty bottom to allow for other bacteria or fabrics to catch and snag your earrings. Doesn’t sound at first like it would make a difference but goodness it sure does! I started with a travel pillow and then a donut shaped one. This little pocket design works the best with the memory foam.

Washed the pillowcase in delicate cycle when it arrived. It’s already showing some wear/fraying. This size is very uncomfortable. My neck hurts when laying on it. My ear sinks down. I used the full size one before which got worn out after a few years and bought this one because it was a little cheaper. I liked the full size one but wouldn’t recommend this one.

bought this to help sleep after getting 2 new piercings in both ears but this thing is actually so comfy i don’t think i will ever stop using it. the hole is the perfectly positioned and the right size so my ear lays perfectly in the hole while giving the rest of my head and neck the support it needs. the memory foam is firm enough to hold its shape and height but still soft to lay on and molds to your head. the only negative thing about it is having to get used to the air pressure of the hollowed area around my ear. it almost felt like i was on an airplane the first few times but it doesn’t bother me at all anymore. i spent so much time researching what piercing pillow to buy and even though this one is double the price of the cheap donut pillows i think it’s absolutely worth it. i can see myself actually using this for the full duration of the healing process! so glad to not have to sleep on my back for the next 6 months cuz that would actually kill me

amazing. i bought this pillow along with the satin/silk pillowcase, and its heaven. im a heavily pierced girl, with a total of 14 ear piercings at the moment, and 3 currently healing. i am a chronic side sleeper and love sleeping with my face smooshed into my pillow. i had been sleeping for a few months with this other piercing pillow that was circular and small, and very tough. it was an uncomfortable size since it it was too small to use on it own, yet too thick to use while on top of another pillow, giving me neck pain. i finally caved and splurged a bit on this pillow and boy am i glad. it is so comfortable and i havent had neck pain since using it. it really is a god send and worth buying, and there is zero pressure on my ears now, and no irritation to my piercings. - it also comes with a punch out of foam top fill in the ear cutout to make it a normal pillow! 10/10 fabulous pillow, excited to spend many years and possibly the rest of my life with this genius pillow and amazing rest.
