I bought a wii u recently for $10.Problem was the gamepad was dead and it came with no cords.I opted for this one over the OEM because my main concern was to test it out to make sure it worked as I will most likely part ways with it.I was nervous as quite a few people mentioned it didnt work for them.Luckily the wii u started up with no problems.To test it I played assassins creed for about 2 hours and left it on about an hour after to make sure there were no issues.Worked fine for me so I am giving this product 5 stars
