I’ve been using my Levoit air purifier and it has been fantastic. The device works exactly as advertised and the smart app features make it super convenient to use. Recently, the LED screen on my unit malfunctioned. I reached out to Levoit support and I was beyond impressed with how they handled everything. The team went above and beyond providing frequent updates every few days and resolving the issue quickly. In the end, they replaced the entire unit and the process was smooth from start to finish. Excellent product and outstanding customer service. I couldn’t be happier.

This air purifier is actually one of the best things we have ever bought. We use it in different rooms and you can really breathe the difference, as the air in the UAE is usually very polluted with fine dust. This fine piece of technology is removing 99,99% of it and we can sleep again without nose bleeds and coughing. It is very quiet and still effective. The filter holds for some months. We like the display that is showing you some details. We have another one that doesn't have this functionality and with that one you never know how much polluted the air still is. We can only recommend it and would buy it again.

The Levoit Core 400S is one of the best air purifiers we’ve used. You can immediately feel the difference in air quality, especially with the fine dust common in the UAE. It’s very quiet, highly effective, and the real-time display is a big advantage—you always know how clean the air is. Sleep quality has improved significantly, with no more coughing or irritation. I also use it in a room with valuable electronics, and it noticeably helps reduce dust buildup (easily by ~90%), which is a big plus. Only downside: the original replacement filters are relatively expensive.

Easy to unpack and assemble, you just take the plastic wrapping off the huge internal filter, plug it in and go. The smartphone app allows you to configure the device to work automatically or in a manual fan speed mode. It's very quiet, and even when it detects impurities in the air and goes to a higher speed setting, if you are cooking, for example, it's very quiet. Does it work? After running it for a week, I can tell that my allergies are greatly reduced, so, for me, it was well worth it.

I found this review it explained everything exactly happened with me. This was a very good air purifier until September 3-September 19. I think most of the review are for the first 1-2 weeks of use and this air purifier worked amazing for this time, but suddenly it started not performing well and now today its the 3rd day. Theres no customer support. It is working but Its lost almost 30-40% of its capability to clean air (this is literally an honest review). [Before running on fan 2 it will bring PM2.5 to 5-10 within 20-30 minutes of time. And suddenly now the performance is reduced to bring PM2.5 to minimum only 30-35 within 30mins of time. And even on top speed it can bring until only PM2.5 to 20-25 only now, Its in the exact same spot.] If someone knows the numbers will understand exactly what I am saying and will undoubtedly understand, but for ones who just know the basic, its not good after a while which is actually common for generic air purifier but unfortunately not common for an expensive air purifier like this. Why Im not happy is because I have allergies and air purifier is my need. Unfortunately, theres no customer support and now I have to just find another. This is frustrating because i spent 1K AED on this and I didn’t know its good for only a couple of weeks.
