Interesting flavor and texture
I got this fruit to use in making vegan cheese. It is supposed to have a cheese-like flavor. I don't know about that. It does have an unusual flavor, and is certainly worth trying, but I wouldn't call it cheese-like. I will see what I can do with them and revise this review later.
