Memory brings new life to server
The one received were actually manufactured by Kingston--a reputable company, but then HP wouldn't buy and repackage junk. They were to go into an upgrade of my Linux file/web server, which just went online yesterday. They installed and ran without incident. The server is faster and had more disk space than its predecessor, and now has 4.6 GB of memory. And the cost was excellent. These aren't state of the art in terms of speed or density, but they were exactly what this motherboard needed, and because they aren't cutting edge, the price was right.

I bought two of these
and when cross-referencing the specs on the older machine I was installing them in, it suggested that these modules were completely compatible. They function correctly and the Windows 7 machine reports the RAM properly BUT the BIOS of the machine does not. It reports "0MB's of RAM" for both banks... There is no update for the BIOS and again, the RAM works just fine. I am not sure why the discrepancy but I'm happy with the performance!

Nice to have a company that meets todays expectations.
After a failed attempt from an Amazon competitor, I ordered this memory. I was just right, also the shipping was much quicker than I expected. I'll Definitely buy more memory from this company. I've 2 more computers just like this one, and it seems that the HP Z200 Workstation is pretty picky about it's memory.

Received the order quickly and the modules worked perfectly, fixing the blue-screen issue associated with a flaky module. Not much else can be said. No pros or cons.
