Key Performance Indicators (3rd Edition): Developing, Implementing, and Using Winning KPIs

I found myself losing interest in this book quite quickly. It feels like a literary version of a reality TV show that uses 20 minutes of footage to support a 60 minute broadcast slot. The kindle version does not work well because of all the tables in the book.

Conteúdo interessante, alguns capítulos se destacam e é bastante rico em referências de outros autores também interessantes. No geral uma boa leitura para aqueles interessados em indicadores de desempenho. T

Excellent book!

The book was so useful for me to develop an company dashboards with KPI and KRI. The best unit of the book was a section where is explained the differences between KRIs and KPIs.

Very useful, totally aplicable for my requirements
