Where can i buy the replacement parts? Like the insert you freeze... i would like to have an extra one. Thank you in advance.

At this time replacement parts are not available. If you run into an issue in the future, you can reach out to the merchant that sold the machine to you - they may have extra parts from returned machines.

Can I find the instruction manual online?
