This gorgeous ceiling fan is better than what the picture depicts online !! We chose it to for our formal living room that we enjoy daily for morning reading and coffee. Elegant metal swirl design with a linen backing encases the light unit, bottom enclosed with panel (in same color as the linen) and secured with an additional curving metal piece that finishes the design beautifully. Easy to install and includes remote control that is simple to operate. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

Update: their customer service sucks too.So after a bit of troubleshooting, I was able to determine the control module was bad! Such a simple fix but they didn’t even offer to assist with troubleshooting. Found a replacement module on Amazon of course. Swapped it out with no issues - just out another $20 +/-.Very disappointing. Love the design but bad longevity!! I’ve never had a ceiling fan quit. I messaged customer support - maybe they’ll have a good solution rather than “too bad”??For the price, I had higher expectations!

This fan has nice quality and beautiful design. It's not noisy when it is working. The remote control works well and provides 3 speed and timer. The installation manual didn't come with the package, so it cost almost 2 hours to install it successfully. The fan is great for the price!!

Delivery was quick, no broken or missing parts.Instruction easy to follow and install. Remote came with batteries & wall holder. The fan motor operates smoothly. Over all I like it.
