This is a good product and probably a bit better than expected. I could see in some cases that the size may be too small for some, but it looks like it will work for me. The quality of this is better than expected. All of the other pill boxes I have tried gave me concern that they would spill because the design made it possible. It would happen infrequently, but when it did it was a pain. These compartments are quite easy to get open, but they also stay very secure on their own. Couple this with the fact that the black case covers them up, and I doubt a spill is even possible.I would say the only variable is if the compartments are large enough to fit all your pills. I take about 30 per day after a recent heart surgery. This can fit them all but very few of mine are required to be taken at certain times. I do not need four different compartments, but i have to use them all to spread out the pills. If you have 25 pills to take in the morning, they will probably not all fit in the AM dose compartment, but you can spread them out to other compartments if that is not a big deal to you.I did order the larger version too, because at first sight I did not think this would work. I bet i end up returning the larger one because it would likely hold 70-100 pills per day, and I do not need that much capacity.The quality of this product is better than expected. Sure it is fake leather case which always screams cheap to me, but they magnetic clasp seems to be a very secure fit and i doubt it will have much trouble staying closed.

Each day is clearly printed with the day and time. Additional copies are included for future use if needed. Each day’s organizer is beautiful and soft to the touch, and the soft colors make them distinct. The plastic is thick and durable, and will last for a long time.The compartments are large enough to hold even big pills, and they snap shut securely. The black leather case is soft and very attractive and closes with a magnetic snap. It Is somewhat smaller than the organizers that i had before, yet it holds every single pill that I need.I cannot think of anything that I would improve on this product. I recommend it to everyone!

At first, I had ordered the small one hoping to save space on my trip to India and Nepal, but all my pills didn't fit. I returned that one and upgraded to this size, which is just right. This model also has a more secure locking system for when you carry the compartments separately for a day trip away from the hotel. If you have extremely weak fingers, it might be difficult to manage. The hinges on the back of each compartment are a little fragile looking, I am going to treat them with care, they are very thin plastic which is why I took one star away. I do like the opaque case which is more discrete than a see-through plastic model, and the magnetic catch is a nice touch.

With metastatic cancer and natural healing methods, plus a travel habit, this is the perfect pill container. I bought two to last the two weeks out of every four that I spend with my daughter on the east coast. At home on the west coast I also use the containers to make it easier every day to pop my supplements. The leather pouch is great. Nothing is worse than finding a few of your containers opened during travel and you can’t figure out what all these pills are. I’m very satisfied!

Got this for my dad and I am so glad I did! He loves it! He takes medication 4 times a day so this works perfect. I just fill his meds for the week and give him the one he needs for that day and there is no confusion. Plenty of room for all his medications. He takes 11 pills in the morning with some being big pills and there is plenty of room for all of them and the closures on each compartment are thick and close securely. We haven't had any issues with the lettering wearing off but if we do they included a set of labels that could be put on each compartment so it could easily be fixed. Super happy with this product.

My fiancee takes a fair number of large pills and capsules, both morning and night, prescription and OTC (recommended by her doctors). Add the other smaller pills, and vitamins, and taking them is a real pain for her. Sometimes, she has missed some of her important, but smaller tablets due to the shear number of bottles.For a while we have looked for a suitable item that would allow her to set up her meds at least a week in advance. This pill case is the solution to that problem, and then some.The large compartments, 4 for each day of the week, allow her to set up 2 weeks of her meds in advance, using 2 adjacent compartments per "strip" for AM and PM. She then leaves the empty side exposed, and the next week, simply flips all 7 strips around for the another week. Makes taking her meds simple, fast, repeatable and, paying close attention to filling each compartment, error proof.The lids lock tightly, and fit well in the case, with just enough "slack" to make removal relatively easy. The magnetic lock is a great idea. Now if she has to take a trip she can just put the case in her luggage, assuming the pills left cover all days.Thanks for taking the time to design this right. Lastly, as many companies do, don't "improve" this in little ways, and end up losing its fantastic utility.We are both very pleased with this.

I love this pill organizer! It's nice and discreet and the snaps on the cases are much sturdier than my previous pill boxes. Each contain also holds quite a bit. I fit 2 calcium chews and a couple of small pills in one of them. I'm very pleased with it.
