Showroom floor material
Being that the speakers was a "Refurbished" item, the original packaging seemed as if it came off the showroom floor. Product was spotless, I plugged it in the wall, hit audio on my Sony A5000 and it sync'd up immediately, incredible! Sounds good and has that subtle boom, though the speaker is right under my LG 65 inch OLED, if you close your eyes you couldn't tell the sound came from there, the sound radiated all over, totally met my expectations and beyond.

Stay away!
Can't connect sub to Sony Bar - 9. Call to Sony customer support. Did test for soundbar- no problem. Still no connection to subwoofer. Have to return back.

Nice addition to the soundbar...
A SONY sub that nicely matches the SONY Soundbar on the SONY TV. Set it up near the other stuff and then adjust the sound for greatest enjoyment - but not too loud.... Add deep bass to your soaring highs and powerful midrange for a thrilling, immersive sound rush. All from 1 to 3 remotes!

Easy to pair, great sound
This subwoofer has great sound and was easy to pair with the doundbar

Looks & works like new.
Setup was a snap after I downloaded the instructions from Sony. My HT-5000 soundbar immediately synced with the subwoofer. Volume is easily adjusted with SB remote. This really adds depth to the audio without being in your face.
