Safe, Sturdy, and Perfect for Everyday Use!
The GOLYTON 3-Step Folding Ladder has quickly become one of the most useful tools in our space. It’s incredibly sturdy, with wide anti-slip pedals that feel safe and comfortable underfoot, even when you’re reaching up high. The strong frame doesn’t wobble, and the safety features give you confidence whether you’re changing a lightbulb, grabbing items off a shelf, or using it in a shop setting. The foldable design is another standout. It folds flat for easy storage and is lightweight enough to carry from room to room without effort. Despite being compact, it provides excellent height, making it ideal for both home and workplace use. The sleek look also makes it feel less like “industrial equipment” and more like a modern, practical accessory you don’t mind keeping nearby. For anyone who needs a reliable step stool that balances safety, durability, and convenience, this ladder is a must-have.

Excellent, sturdy
This step ladder is great! I am heavier than most step leaders will accommodate, so finding a good quality heavy duty 3-step ladder has taken some looking. I am pleased with how well made this ladder is and how sturdy it feels. It isn't super lightweight, but then I wouldn't expect a heavy duty item to be really light anyway. However it isn't too heavy for an average adult, but could be a bit heavy for a young child or an elderly person to carry very far. It opens and closes easily, and snaps securely in place when open. You just slide the legs apart to open it. To close it, you lift up on the back edge of the top step to unlatch it and then side the legs back together. The rubber feet are a little wider than the metal legs, and are positioned at an angle so when the ladder is open the feet are level with the ground so it's very stable. To note, when you first step on it after opening, it will snap into place with that first step, which could give you an uneasy feeling at first. But, that's it just snapping in securely. Also to note, the back part of the bottom step sags a bit in the middle when stepped on, but the other steps do not. Not sure why, as they each look to have the same structure and support. But having the top two steps solid with only the bottom step sagging under weight makes me feel more secure than if it were the other way around with the bottom one solid and the top two sagging. Even though the bottom step sags under weight, it still feels sturdy. The handle at the top extends high enough above the top step so I can brace my legs against it for support when on the top step. That said, I really like that the top step of this ladder is actually a usable step. It doesn’t makes sense when ladders have a warning label that the top step can't be used to stand on (hmm, then why have a step there at all). Thankfully, the manufacturer of this ladder had common sense and made the whole ladder usable. Smart! Overall this ladder is great and I would highly recommend it and would buy it again.

Great ladder for normal household use!
This ladder is easy to set up and use. Sturdy and will safely hold up to 250-lbs. If you're a senior citizen and need to get higher than 2 feet off the ground, I would suggest purchasing a 5' ladder. That way your knees have a place to brace your body when you're standing on the third step, 3' off of the ground. I've sold ladders for a living, be safe and be smart will reduce accidents. A younger person would find the third step okay to stand on since they have better balance!!

Good sturdy step stool for around the house
Sturdy for all our around the house needs. Like the 3 steps and solid feel. Feels safe and secure even on the 3rd step.

Lightweight, fairly sturdy.
It's a good ladder for the price. I weigh 185 and certainly sturdy enough for me around the house. This is NOT an industrial use ladder and is meant for home use only. One thing I can't figure out is where the 2 washers go (see photo) that are not listed on the toolkit diagram and not shown anywhere in the assembly instructions.

We loved it so much we bought one for a family member as a housewarming gift
This is our second step stool and we bought it as a housewarming present because we loved ours so much. We use it for everything around the house. It is so convenient and folds up nicely. In the first week of them having the stool they thanked us countless times and said they couldn't believe they didn't have one yet and it was one of the things they used constantly. This stool is sturdy and balanced and SAFE!!! I trust myself my family and my loved ones on my- why we have one and clearly why we gave it as a gift.

Better to be safe than sorry!!
I use mine several times a week. Have had about a month. Had a fall from my old stainless steel two step ladder without the upper handle. Fortunately I was not hurt. Was determined to get one with the handle on top. Use to get stuff from on top of kitchen cabinets and on top shelves of closets. I put it right under what I need so I won’t have to reach over throwing the ladder off balance; that’s how I fell. It’s easy to carry,, sturdy, attractive, easy to fold, unfold, clicks down and locks. I’m 160. I love it!! I lean it against the wall across from the sink for easy access.
