Has anyone used this under you to reduce the heat from the mattress?

I don't think it works that way. The blanket pulls heat from you so if you lay on top of it while on the bed it's going to trap it. Better to have it above you

Yes, one side is solid and the other is striped. It’s cool on both sides. This is my top purchase of 2022! I have no idea how it works, but, it does cool!

Do you make cooling comforter with double sided cold?

Either side will cool if it's left exposed.. or shake it out to let the air circulate a bit before using
