Note these are Urethane foam - Not celluar PVC.
These are intended for decorative use only. Customers wanting rigid cellular PVC version should not buy this product. The is urethane foam (think Greatstuff) molded and than coated on one side. That said, they do have a functional screen installed and are super easy to work with and secure in place (inset in brick foundation) using adhesive / sealant. They trim easily with wood tools, but the fine dust (foam) is a big nusiance in high humidity and difficult to completely remove from tools and sweaty skin.
