I've only just started using this product but so far I have no complaints. I've not had any of the ill side effects that some typically report from taking iron supplements, however, I don't take a full tablet, I only take a quarter to a half simply because of my height and weight. When I get my iron levels checked again, I'll determine whether my approach is working, and try to remember to update here. The pill itself isn't large, so it's easy to take even if you take a whole pill. There's no taste that I noticed, and no stomach upset. My energy levels seem to have been better since starting it, but I don't know if that's the idea of taking it or if it's already working so soon? I like that the ingredients are minimal compared to some other iron pills like SlowFE which has added synthetic colorings, so I think the quality of this pill is better, and the price-point seems good too.

My MIDI provider suggested I take this when we found out I was anemic. Very few burps and they don't taste too bad. Easy to swallow. DOES NOT UPSET THE STOMACH! All around great supplement.

Absolutely the Greatest!! I donate blood regularly, but had not been able to because my iron count had been too low. I started taking these vitamins and have not had a problem being unable to donate since. These Vitron Vitamins were actually recommended to me by one of the attendees at a blood drive when it was noticed that I hadn’t been able to donate a few times. These vitamins worked instantly. I am back to donating blood regularly. These vitamins work fantastically well. I Love Them.

I have been taking this for about 2 months. It's easy to swallow and doesn't cause constipation, but it does make me nauseated. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I will try taking it at night and see what happens. Taking it for low Ferritin, 36, should be over 40.

This is the easiest iron supplement I’ve ever taken. It has a bit of coating, so the medium size tablets go down easy and don’t leave a taste in my mouth. My lab levels are back to normal. I haven’t experienced any constipation while taking there; I’ve wondered if there is a small amount of stool softener included in the formula. I’ve chosen this brand for over a year and plan to continue

I was diagnosed with iron deficiency. My Healthcare facility's pharmacy had a basic 65mg iron supplement available and I was instructed to take it with vitamin C 40 minutes prior to a meal, every other day, as it could cause constipation. Those supplements absolutely caused constipation even though I was taking it as instructed. As a result, compliance was not good. I had someone tell me that there were iron supplements that were supposed to be "easy" on the digestive system and not cause constipation. I found this product that had the recommended 65mg of iron and vitamin C that was marketed as easy on digestion and the reviews said people didn't experience constipation. I was skeptical but thought I'd give it a try. I have been taking these for about 3 weeks and am very pleased that they did not cause constipation, which also means I can take one each day rather than every other day. Not only am I not experiencing negative side effects, I've noticed an improvement since starting them. I don't feel as lethargic, dizzy, or out of breath as before. I'm pleasantly surprised these worked out so well and will continue to use them. I would highly recommend them.
