I recently got a cartilage piercing, and sleeping on my side was such a pain—literally! This Truyond Donut Pillow made a huge difference. The hole in the middle fits perfectly around my ear, so there’s zero pressure on the piercing while I sleep. It’s soft and cushy but still supportive enough to keep my ear elevated and comfortable all night. Plus, it’s cute! The pink icing design adds a fun touch to my bedside. I also love that it’s easy to clean, which is important since I’m healing. If you’ve got a fresh ear piercing and hate having to sleep on your back, definitely give this pillow a try. Like many, got this after getting upper lobe and flat pierced. I toss and turn a lot, this has been wonderful for when I'm on my side. As others said Notch fits in shoulder/neck area well, size is pretty good (hole may be a tiiiiiny bit small for some, but one you find the right placement you're golden) Also bc I didn’t see any comments on this - this does wash well. I have the pink one, threw it in a lingerie bag in a colors load on cool, air dried, came out fluffy and no worse for wear. Color did not appear to bleed. Important to keep things clean while healing!

This is what you need for air flow and draining! It has so many uses, I can't list them all, but for my personal experience, this pillow was the answer to pain whenever I would roll over. It also likely aided in quick heading because it preserved more bloodlow and air access. My faith fully healed, I now use it when traveling and want to listen to music as I doze, doing so comfortably without disturbing my partner (I do not recommend wearing earbuds all night, but you almost certainly could if need be with the m this product). I've used other pillows with "ear holes", but they require using a singular position. The indentation on the side even offers better comfort whether lying on the back or side. It is well made, incredibly soft, easy to clean and as compact as a standard 'neck pillow". Simply put, this turned out to be one of my absolute best purchasing decisions in years!

This is a very niche product lol but works perfectly for me - had my cartilage pierced and it was very sore for weeks… I love the donut look I think it’s cute. The “bite mark” is actually perfect for fitting the pillow right under your shoulder if you’re a side sleeper

Super cute, and the little bite out of it is SUCH a smart way to integrate a spot for your shoulder. All piercing pillows I have gotten are thin and this is no different, but it makes it easy to plop on top of your favorite pillow. I’ve washed mine a few times with laundry and it is still as vibrant and plush as the first day I got it months ago. Perfect size, worth the money.

Oh my god I love this pillow so much! I found it from searching sleeping aids for new piercings. this donut pillow popped up and I saw so many reviews below saying it helped them with their new piercing. It is a LIFESAVER! My piercing is healing like a dream because of this pillow. I have had no pain during the night or issues sleeping at all because the way this pillow is shaped allows me to sleep even on my left side without smushing the piercing. It is much better than an airplane pillow (which I’ve heard recommended for a new piercing) because this is all around, so your head stays in place, whereas if you use an airplane pillow sleeping horizontally, your neck will fall through the gap. Airplane pillows are made for sleeping upright. This pillow is honestly so comfortable. Perfect firmness. And has a “bite” for my neck/shoulder (in a side sleeper). Honestly I will likely continue using this as my main sleeping pillow even after my piercing has healed. It’s just such a more comfortable sleep

I bought this pillow because it was kind of cute and it's the exact shape I needed for my ear piercings. Laying directly on my ear causes problems with my piercings and stretched lobes, even though everything is healed. So, I started to sleep on this pillow and I just stick my ear through it when I lay my head on it. The pillow even has a "bite" out of it that serves as a spot for my neck. An issue with this pillow is that it's hard to clean. I'm on my second one of these; my first one got torn a bit in the washing machine. (FYI, I would not stick this in the dryer.) There is no removable cover, so I'd suggest doing what I've started to do which is put a pillowcase over it. Also, something weird was that when I received my second pillow, it seemed to have these tiny little plastic-like fibers sticking out of it. They were so small you couldn't really see them, but I could feel them on my face. They actually irritated my skin and caused me to break out. So, another reason to use a pillowcase. All in all I don't really think I can enthusiastically recommend this pillow, but it's...okay, I guess.
