Delo mejor para hacer ejercicio en el piso.
Es muy fรกcil de colocar y de levantar. Realmente se siente muy bien lo alcochonado. Solo falta la prueba del paso del tiempo.

Very Professional mat
Great exercise mat for a small space. As good as in a professional gym. Only downside โ it has velcro strips all around (I assume to be able to stick many mats together to form a larger exercise space). This velcro sticks to everything (like the rug I have it on) making it hard to maneuver โ but once down โ it stays down! I use it alot. It is very sturdy. I am 5โ2โ and it is long enough for me to exercise freely.
