It met my requirement after I failed to get the genuine Godrej lock from open market.

Nice product and Service Support from Godrej
Product is no doubt very sturdy and working well. After receiving the product called to Godrej Call Centre. They arranged a good technician for installation process. In 25 minutes it was installed by the trained technician. Expenses for the installation is Rs. 400 if only installation of the product to be done. If removal and installation done then they will charge quite more. I got 01 year warranty on this product. This one is better than the previous one. As per the company the more you pay for the lock the more quality lock they will provide.

Product is good but installation process was very bad
Product quality is of top notch but the process of installing it was damn bad. First it said free installation then when it arrived Amazon said to contact the seller where the seller asked for rs500 + another rs100 for removing previous broken lock. I had to install it by myself . 😒
