Most effective collagen, but need good diet , exercise, then will work otherwise nothing can stop your aging. All have be together in balance; this collagen combination it’s working fantastic for me , don’t be misleading there no magic tablets if you eating rubbish and don’t do any exercise

BE VERY CAREFUL UNEXPECTED SIDE EFFECTS
I’ve taken this for twice a day for three weeks and notice rashes and swelling on my fingers and toes. I’ve stopped taking since. I hope it clears. NOT GOOD AT ALL

Good value just for the He Shou Wu
Bottle wasn't sealed. Has a slightly constipating effect, but overall good value although a lot of tablets to take each time.
