All of my research says to use 360mg of Phytoceramides. This is the only brand that does not list that in the content or on the label. Is it 350mg?

360 mg is the recommendation for wheat-based phytoceramides. This product is rice-based and has 40 mg of phytoceramides per capsule.

Does this help to firm the sagging face and jawline?

No it will not help Jowls or sharpen the jawline. It is more helpful with skin hydration.

Do you make a version of this without vitamin a? i get enough vitamin a from my diet naturally, and do not wish to get vitamin a poisoning.

I'm sorry, we do not have a version without Vitamin A

Can these be opened up and used topically?

They are capsules so in theory they could be opened. I believe that the insides are granular. Therefore I do not think that it be of any benefit to apply topically. Also, I have not cut one open.
