Love this clear gel
I use this to make my huckleberry and blackberry pie fillings. no clumping and doesn't change the color of my filling to a milky color. It stays nice clear and berry colored. It also does not effect the flavor of the berries.

I’m sure product is just fine, was hoping to have a larger container for storage purposes. Did not receive an 80oz package.
