I'm not sure if this truck is water proof, but I would think that it would be water resistant.. There are no exposed wires and the battery covers are screwed down.

Does this come with charger that will plug into a U.S. power wall socket ?

Yes. I got one and it plugged in fine. Takes a while to charge up, a couple of hours. But, my grandson loves it. It powers over grass, up hills, etc.

Hello, this RC car isn't waterproof. Since it has four oversize tires, you can play it in shallow water.
