Q: I just ordered these and you say that you get 12 pouches...I received one pouch for $20+! What is up?

Regardless of what "Katherine" said, it is NOT listed in the product Title or Description how many packets you get for the $20+ price tag. That's why 6 out of the 12 Questions here are asking "how many packets do you get with this order??" --- BECAUSE THAT INFORMATION IS NOT LISTED BY THE SELLER! And apparently they use this lack of information to cheat unknowing people by sending some Customers just ONE packet for $20+. BUYER BEWARE! Know what you're getting before you buy it.

It's 10 or so individual pouches.

Q: are the packages resealable?

Yes - I only use 1/2 of the package at each meal. I spoon out the desired portion and roll the top of the opened package over with a rubber band or a small "chip" clip and place in the refrigerator. Works VERY well.

Q: How do prepare the simply shreds? I don’t see instructions. Does it require preparation?

It comes prepared. I put it over my dog's dry food.
