I love Mirabilia Cross Stitch patterns. The dresses are so beautiful. This kit was great for the value. It came with 16 count Aida fabric, all the beads and crystals needed to complete the pattern and the specialty floss/threads. The only thing it didn't come with was the actual DMC floss, which was fine with me. I feel like that amount of floss would have significantly increased the price of the kit. I went to Joann's and used a 20% off coupon and got all of my floss for around $18, which seems like a lot, but I bought doubles of several colors that the kit said I only need one of, just in case.I did change the fabric to a linen just because of personal preference so that was an extra cost to me, but I'm not upset about it. Most kits come with 14 or 16 count aida and I just personally prefer to stitch 2x2 on linen so I always expect to have that added cost when I buy a kit.The symbols on the kit are very clear and concise and are big enough to be seen without having to squint or pull the pattern up close.The colors on the gown are just gorgeous. I'm about 1/4 done and I can't wait to finish her and frame her and give her to my friend as a gift!
